Requests the Division of Highways to name a portion of U.S. 250 in Marshall County, from the intersection of WV 891 to the Wetzel County line, as the "Dragon Highway" in honor of Cameron High School Dragons

Requires two signs to be placed: one immediately south of the U.S. 250/WV 891 intersection and another at the Wetzel County line heading north towards Cameron

Directs the Clerk of the House to forward a copy of the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
