Requests the Joint Committee on Government and Finance to study establishing an Artificial Intelligence Education Program as an elective course in West Virginia public high schools

Proposed program would teach foundational AI concepts including machine learning, neural networks, and natural language processing, with practical applications in business, defense, and finance

Program would provide hands-on learning opportunities using accessible AI tools and platforms

Committee must report findings, conclusions, recommendations, and draft legislation to the Legislature by the 2026 regular session
