Envisions establishing Tygart Lake as the "Northeastern Tourism Capital of West Virginia," modeled after destinations like Reno, Lake Tahoe, Pigeon Forge, and Atlantic City

Notes Tygart Lake's strategic location along U.S. Routes 50 and 119, within 30 minutes of Clarksburg, Bridgeport, and Fairmont, and approximately two hours from Pittsburgh and Charleston
