Exempts vulnerability assessments, response plans, and communication codes or deployment plans of the Department of Defense, Armed Forces, National Guard, or Department of Homeland Security

Protects intelligence information and investigative records about terrorist acts shared between federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies and military organizations

Exempts "sensitive military information" from disclosure, including deployment plans, military tactics, rules of engagement, critical infrastructure security information, and personnel/equipment locations of the National Guard, Armed Forces, or Department of Defense
