Creates criminal offenses for computer-generated child pornography, defined as AI-created visual portrayals depicting identifiable minors or images indistinguishable from actual minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct

Expands the offense of nonconsensual disclosure of intimate images to include "fabricated intimate images" created using artificial intelligence that depict another person's intimate parts without consent

Establishes tiered felony penalties for distribution or possession of child sexual abuse material: 2-5 years for 50 or fewer images, 3-15 years for 51-299 images, and 5-20 years for 300+ images or material depicting violence or bestiality

Requires mandatory reporting by any person who discovers images appearing to depict minors in sexually explicit conduct on electronic devices to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children's Cyber Tipline

Exempts law enforcement, prosecutors, judges, attorneys, jurors, and support personnel from prosecution when handling prohibited materials in the course of official duties, and requests the Supreme Court of Appeals to establish rules for handling such evidence
