Creates new crimes of "sexual extortion" and "aggravated sexual extortion" for threatening to disclose private intimate images to compel someone to provide additional images, anything of value, or other consideration

Sexual extortion penalties: 1-5 years for first offense, 3-10 years for second offense, and 10-20 years for third or subsequent offenses

Aggravated sexual extortion carries 10-20 years imprisonment when the victim is a minor or vulnerable adult and the offender is an adult, or when the victim suffers serious bodily injury or death as a proximate result

Expands existing extortion law to include threats to "any other thing of value" and adds sexual contact, sexual intercourse, sexual intrusion, and private images to the definition of "consideration"

Minors who commit sexual extortion are adjudicated as delinquents under juvenile code rather than adult criminal penalties, with courts authorized to order behavioral health counseling
