High tunnels (including polytunnels and hoophouses), heated high tunnels, and both heated and non-heated greenhouses are exempt from property taxes in West Virginia

The exemption applies only to structures used on farms or farming operations that annually produce agricultural products for sale

Agricultural products qualifying for the exemption will be defined by rules established by the Tax Commissioner

The exemption takes effect immediately upon passage of the bill
