Requires manufacturers of farm equipment to make documentation, parts, and tools available to independent repair providers and equipment owners for diagnosis, maintenance, and repair after the warranty expires, for up to 50 years from the original manufacture date

Covers farm equipment including combines, tractors, trailers, sprayers, tillage implements, balers, engines, and related attachments used in agricultural operations, but excludes motor vehicles designed for public roadways

Protects manufacturers from liability for damage caused by independent repair providers or owners during repairs, and does not require disclosure of trade secrets

Establishes civil penalties of at least $1,000 per violation, with each day of continued violation after notice constituting a separate offense, enforceable through civil action or injunction

Takes effect July 1, 2025, and automatically sunsets on July 1, 2028, with the Commissioner of Agriculture having exclusive authority to implement and enforce the act
