Mandates the Bureau of Medical Services to draft a State Plan Amendment establishing coverage for home blood pressure monitoring

Coverage must include the blood pressure device itself (validated by the United States Blood Pressure Validated Listing) plus an extra blood pressure cuff

Reimbursement required for the device and related services including patient training, interpretation of readings, and delivery of co-interventions

Existing law already requires Medicaid coverage for chronic kidney disease evaluation for enrollees with diabetes, hypertension, or family history of kidney disease
