Authorizes persons to access cemeteries or graves on private land with 10 days written notice to the property owner, for purposes including visiting graves, maintenance, burials, and genealogy research

Property owners acting in good faith are not liable for personal injury or property damage occurring during authorized cemetery visits

Property owners are not liable for damage to cemeteries on their property caused by individuals conducting familial or social visitations, unless the visitor is an agent of the property owner

Visitors who cause damage to private property while accessing cemeteries are solely responsible for repair costs

Property owners may designate access routes and are not required to make improvements to provide access, unless they have made a traditional access route unusable
