Requires coverage for evidence-based cancer imaging for individuals at increased cancer risk, following National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) clinical practice guidelines

Prohibits cost-sharing requirements (such as copays, coinsurance, or deductibles) for these covered services

Applies to multiple insurance types including public employee insurance, accident and sickness insurance, group insurance, hospital/medical service corporations, health care corporations, and health maintenance organizations

Takes effect January 1, 2026, with special provisions to preserve Health Savings Account eligibility for High Deductible Health Plans under federal tax law
