Sets county board member compensation at $260 per meeting attended as the default rate, unless the board votes to approve a lower rate, with a maximum of 40 paid meetings per fiscal year

Adds the chairs of the Senate and House Committees on Education as non-voting ex officio members to the County Board Member Training Standards Review Committee

Requires the State Superintendent to report annually to the Legislative Oversight Commission on Education Accountability on training committee activities, types of training provided, participation levels, and number of committee meetings held
