Authorizes physician assistants to own medical businesses by allowing them to be shareholders in medical corporations alongside physicians and podiatrists

Requires physician assistants who refer patients to clinical laboratories or pharmacies in which they have a proprietary interest to provide written disclosure to patients, with failure to do so constituting grounds for license denial or discipline

Adds physician assistants to the list of professionals eligible to form professional limited liability companies (PLLCs) under West Virginia's Uniform Limited Liability Company Act

Expands medical corporation certificate of authorization requirements to include corporations that perform medical acts through physician assistants, whether formed in-state or out-of-state

Extends existing disciplinary provisions for physicians and podiatrists to also apply to physician assistants, including grounds for license denial and professional discipline
