Authorizes the Board of Respiratory Care to promulgate a legislative rule relating to criteria for licensure, based on a rule filed in the State Register on August 30, 2024

Removes the July 1, 2022 date references from licensure requirements, simplifying language so provisions apply to all licensees regardless of when they were licensed

Deletes subsection 2.4 and subsection 3.3 from the proposed rule in their entirety

Strikes out subsection 4.2 entirely and removes date-specific language from subsection 4.1 regarding respiratory therapists licensed prior to July 1, 2022
