Wearable panic alert systems must integrate with local 9-1-1 infrastructure to transmit emergency calls and mobile activations, and must be capable of initiating campus-wide lockdown notifications

County boards must provide every employee assigned to a public school facility with a wearable panic alert device enabling immediate contact with local emergency responders

Annual training on panic alert device protocols and appropriate use is required for all public school employees before the first day of each school year

County boards must ensure local law enforcement agencies have access to school security data including cameras, maps, and access control systems, with coordinated access protocols established
