Provides an enhanced retirement benefit for West Virginia Public Employees Retirement System retirees who are over age 77, retired before June 30, 2020, and have been receiving defined retirement benefits for at least 12 years

Increases eligible retirants' monthly payments to 103 percent of their annual retirement payment amount calculated at age 65, applied as a compounded increase

Supplements existing retirement allowances rather than replacing them
