Expands the definition of "electioneering" to include visible display or audible dissemination of information advocating for or against candidates or ballot questions, including candidate names, likenesses, logos, buttons, hats, shirts, signs, and similar items

Prohibits taking photographs or videos within 100 feet of polling place entrances or inside buildings where voting occurs, with an exception for documenting potential law violations for reporting to the Secretary of State or law enforcement

Permits voters to use cellular phones and electronic devices at polling places, including bringing candidate lists stored on phones, as long as no electioneering or disruptive conversations occur

Exempts from electioneering restrictions: news media exit polling, bumper stickers on vehicles while voting or transporting voters, and educational materials about ballot questions that don't expressly advocate for or against passage

Authorizes precinct election officials, county clerks, deputy county clerks, municipal election officials, and law enforcement to enforce election laws and maintain order within 100 feet of polling place entrances
