Pharmacists may refill expired prescriptions for epinephrine injection devices (EpiPens)

Pharmacists must notify the patient's primary care physician of test results and any prescribed drugs within 72 hours

Prescriptions under this authority are limited to a 30-day supply within a six-month period, with physician notification required if more than 10 days is prescribed

Takes effect July 11, 2025 (90 days from passage on April 12, 2025)
