Prohibits governments, entities, and individuals from designated countries (China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, and others designated by the Secretary of State) from purchasing or acquiring real property in West Virginia

Requires current foreign owners covered by the prohibition to sell their land within 180 days and file a description of their land holdings with the Department of Agriculture within 60 days

Exempts U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents (regardless of dual citizenship), residential homesteads, and leasehold interests of five years or less

Authorizes the Attorney General to investigate violations and seek injunctive relief, divestment, or receivership through circuit courts in the county where the property is located

Courts may appoint a receiver to manage and dispose of property found in violation, with sale proceeds managed as directed by the court
