Requires all public schools serving grades 6-12 to provide at least one hour of evidence-based youth violence prevention training annually, teaching students to identify warning signs of individuals who may harm themselves or others and how to report dangerous activity

Mandates all public schools serving grades K-12 to provide at least one hour of evidence-based training on combatting social isolation annually, teaching students to identify and address social isolation in peers

Directs the West Virginia Department of Education to develop and publish a list of approved evidence-based training programs, including free options, within one year, with the list reviewed and updated at least every 36 months

Authorizes the Department of Education to require K-12 schools to establish student-led violence prevention clubs with adult advisors that focus on suicide prevention, violence prevention, or social isolation awareness

Makes all requirements voluntary for public charter schools and nonpublic schools, and encourages the Department to seek state and federal funding to offset implementation costs
