Creates a salary schedule for law enforcement officers in the Office of State Fire Marshal effective July 1, 2026, ranging from $37,536 for Deputy Fire Marshal in Training to $85,000 for State Fire Marshal, plus longevity increases of $600 per year after five years of service

Establishes formal law enforcement ranks within the Office (Lieutenant, First Sergeant, Sergeant, Corporal, Deputy Fire Marshal First Class, Deputy Fire Marshal, and Deputy Fire Marshal in Training) and designates the Office as a state law enforcement agency

Requires the Chief Deputy Fire Marshal to have law enforcement supervisory experience rather than fire prevention experience, and mandates supervision of all Office law enforcement officers

Grants honorably retired Deputy Fire Marshals the right to retain their service weapon (after 10+ years), maintain a complete uniform for ceremonial occasions, and receive a retired badge and identification card
