Requires all legal injunctions and lawsuits involving the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission (WVSSAC) to be filed exclusively in Wood County (where WVSSAC is headquartered) or Kanawha County

Amends §18-2-25 of the West Virginia Code governing the WVSSAC, which oversees interscholastic athletic events and extracurricular activities for public and private secondary schools

Limits venue options for legal challenges against the commission, which currently can be filed in various counties across the state

WVSSAC retains authority to regulate athletics, band activities, and extracurricular participation for public, private, parochial, and home-schooled students under existing provisions
