Nullifies all state code provisions requiring labor representatives or persons from organized labor to serve on any state board or commission, effective July 1, 2025

Requires positions previously designated for labor representatives to be filled by lay persons not affiliated with organized labor

Prohibits any spending authority for boards or commissions that fail to comply with the new requirements removing labor representation

Applies to all boards and commissions across state government, overriding any contrary provisions in existing law
