Prohibits all state departments, agencies, boards, and entities receiving state funds from using state resources to support DEI staff positions, activities, procedures, or programs that grant preferential treatment based on race, color, sex, ethnicity, or national origin

Bans mandatory participation in training or education that promotes preferences based on race, color, sex, ethnicity, or national origin, and prohibits requiring employees to swear loyalty oaths favoring any particular group

Prohibits requiring job applicants to provide DEI statements or giving preferential consideration based on such statements, and bans mandatory disclosure of preferred pronouns

Requires all cabinet secretaries and department heads to conduct a review of existing DEI positions, activities, and programs, then submit a report to the Governor within 30 days identifying any items that promote preferential treatment

Mandates department heads to propose a plan within 90 days to eliminate identified DEI-related items, including any necessary legislative proposals
