Increases annual salaries for judiciary members effective July 1, 2025: magistrates from $63,250 to $75,840; Supreme Court justices from $149,600 to $157,600; circuit court judges from $138,600 to $146,600; family court judges from $103,950 to $111,950; and Intermediate Court of Appeals judges from $142,500 to $150,500

Suspends court contributions to the Judges' Retirement Fund until the pension fund's overfunded status falls below 150% or until July 1, 2029, whichever occurs first

Allows judges appointed or elected after July 1, 2005, who have served at least 12 years and reached age 65, to receive an actuarially reduced pension benefit rather than requiring 16 years of service

Increases surviving spouse annuity benefits from 40% to 50% of the deceased judge's annual salary and eliminates distinctions between pre-2005 and post-2005 judges for calculating survivor benefits

Extends the sunset date for limitations on retirement benefit increases from July 1, 2019, to July 1, 2029
