Funds are expired from fiscal year 2025 appropriations, with the transfer effective for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025

The transferred funds become available for reappropriation during the same fiscal year (ending June 30, 2025)

Reduces the available expenditure balance of the Economic Development Fund by the $25 million transfer amount
