Public Service Commission rules and regulations would become subject to legislative rule-making review procedures under §29A-3-1 et seq. of the West Virginia Code

Removes the existing exemption that specifically excluded PSC rules from legislative rule-making review

Eliminates the previous 60-day waiting period requirement for PSC rules to become effective after final adoption

Rules promulgated before this change would remain in effect unless changed, modified, or repealed in accordance with the new procedures
