Authorizes pharmacists to sell Ivermectin over-the-counter without a prescription once the FDA approves it for such use, with only the FDA-approved patient information sheet required at time of sale

Protects pharmacists from civil liability, criminal prosecution, and professional disciplinary action when dispensing Ivermectin in good faith under this law

Shields health care providers from disciplinary action by licensing boards for prescribing or recommending Ivermectin for any condition within their scope of practice

Takes effect 90 days after passage, except for the over-the-counter provisions which activate immediately upon FDA approval for such use
