Repeals the West Virginia Workplace Freedom Act (§21-5G-1 through §21-5G-7), which was the state's "right-to-work" legislation enacted in 2016

Eliminates provisions that prohibited requiring workers to join or financially support a labor organization as a condition of employment

Introduced by Senator Garcia and referred to the Committee on the Workforce and then the Committee on the Judiciary

Would restore the ability of unions and employers to negotiate union security agreements requiring union membership or dues payment
