Adds $2,000,000 in supplemental appropriations from the General Revenue Fund surplus to the Department of Health, Office of the Inspector General for fiscal year 2025

Brings total appropriations for the Office of Inspector General to $9,224,762, including $5,583,690 for personal services and employee benefits, $1,583,603 for current expenses, and the new $2,000,000 surplus allocation

Designates $73,065 from current expenses for informal dispute resolution related to nursing home administrative appeals

Requires $650,000 to be transferred from the current expenses appropriation to OIG fund 5209

Grants the Inspector General authority to transfer funds between all appropriations notwithstanding other budget provisions
