Facilitates access to multidisciplinary ALS clinics that consolidate specialist care into single visits, which research shows extends life expectancy and reduces healthcare costs

Appropriates $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund for Fiscal Year 2026, with the Department required to submit annual reports to the Legislature on expenditures and program impact

Takes effect immediately upon passage
