Requires all West Virginia public elementary and secondary schools to display a durable poster or framed copy of the Ten Commandments in a conspicuous place in each classroom beginning with the 2025-2026 school year

Posters must be at least 16 inches wide by 20 inches tall with text legible from anywhere in the classroom, using a specific prescribed version of the Ten Commandments

Schools must accept privately donated posters or framed copies that meet the size and content requirements, provided they contain no additional content beyond the specified text

Schools may use public funds or accept private donations to purchase or replace non-compliant displays

Surplus posters or framed copies not needed for display must be offered as donations to other public elementary or secondary schools
