Public institutions of higher education in West Virginia must accept ACT, SAT, or Classical Learning Test (CLT) scores for admission purposes

Students qualify for college financial aid with a composite ACT score of at least 19 or an equivalent score on the SAT or CLT

Public school districts must offer students in grades 11 and 12 the opportunity to take the ACT, CLT, or SAT

Students in grades 9 and 10 must be offered the opportunity to take practice assessments including Pre-ACT, CLT10, or PSAT

School districts may apply for reimbursement of fees paid to administer these college preparation assessments
