Transfers authority to set annual salaries for magistrate court clerks, magistrate assistants, magistrate court deputy clerks, family court secretary-clerks, and family court case coordinators from fixed statutory amounts to pay scales established by the Administrative Director of the Supreme Court

Removes specific statutory salary figures (previously $54,596 for magistrate court clerks, $49,232 for magistrate assistants and deputy clerks, $44,876 for family court secretary-clerks, and a cap of $56,876 for family court case coordinators)

Preserves eligibility for all judicial support staff to receive general salary increases granted to state employees whose salaries are not set by statute

Maintains existing provisions for appointment authority, job duties, residency requirements, and payment frequency (at least twice monthly) for all affected positions
