Amends 10 West Virginia public retirement systems to define "bona fide separation from service upon retirement" as terminating all employment with participating employers for at least 60 consecutive days without a prearranged agreement to return

Updates "required beginning date" for minimum distributions to align with federal law changes under the SECURE Act, setting applicable ages at 72, 73, or 75 depending on when the individual reaches those ages

Adds the U.S. Space Force to the definition of "active military duty" for creditable service in the Municipal Police and Firefighters Retirement System and State Police Retirement System

Requires participating public employers to notify the retirement board and retirants in writing before reemployment if it will negatively impact retirement status or benefits, with retirement voided and annuity repayment required if bona fide separation requirements are not met

Adds the Emergency Medical Services Retirement System to the pick-up provisions allowing employers to pay member contributions on their behalf, effective January 1, 2008
