Lobbyists must submit a recent photograph, employer name, brief biographical description, and optional additional information (not exceeding 50 words) to the Ethics Commission at the time of registration

The commission determines the required size and format for lobbyist photographs

All lobbyist photographs and submitted information must be published on the Ethics Commission's website in a printable and electronically searchable format

Amends §6B-3-3 of the West Virginia Code regarding lobbyist registration requirements

Takes effect July 9, 2025 (90 days after passage on April 10, 2025)
