Repeals all five sections (§5A-1A-1 through §5A-1A-5) of the West Virginia Code that established and governed the Employee Suggestion Award Board

Eliminates the state board that was responsible for reviewing and rewarding employee suggestions for improving government operations

Passed the Legislature on April 10, 2025, and takes effect 90 days later on July 9, 2025
