Eligibility criteria to be established by rule, including minimum weekly hours worked and household income requirements for child care workers

Requires an interim report to the Joint Committee on Health by May 1, 2027, detailing participation numbers, subsidy amounts disbursed, worker retention data, and participant feedback

Funding sources include legislative appropriations, federal grants, and private contributions, with a comprehensive evaluation at program end recommending whether to expand, modify, or discontinue the program
