Removes the statutory provision requiring the Director of Housing to provide short-term loans to released inmates for costs related to reentry into the community

Retains the Director of Housing's other duties, including working with the Bureau of Community Corrections and Parole Board to reduce release delays and develop community housing resources

The change reflects that such short-term loan programs have never actually been implemented or secured since the original provision was enacted

Amends §15A-4-21 of the West Virginia Code regarding corrections management and duties for employment and housing directors for released inmates
