Continues the State Equal Opportunity Coordinator position within the Department of Administration, with appointment by the Secretary of the Department of Administration

Requires the coordinator to be a Department of Administration employee with in-depth knowledge of federal anti-discrimination laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Equal Pay Act of 1963, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008

Assigns the coordinator responsibilities including advising on statewide compliance programs, assisting with discrimination complaint investigation procedures, training state agencies, and consulting on hiring persons with disabilities

Directs the coordinator to inspect and advise state divisions on physical properties owned or leased by West Virginia for ADA compliance

Takes effect 90 days from passage (July 11, 2025), having passed on April 12, 2025
