Amends the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act to exempt persons who perform drywall installation and related services for residential customers from the definition of "contractor"

Drywall service providers for residential work would no longer need to obtain a contractor license from the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Board

Adds drywall services to existing exemptions that already include landscaping and painting services for commercial or residential customers

The exemption applies only to residential drywall work; commercial drywall contractors would still require licensing under the Act
