Requires the West Virginia Physician/Medical Practitioner Provider Medicaid Enhancement Board to examine current Medicaid reimbursement rates for outpatient psychiatry and psychology services at licensed behavioral health centers

Covers reimbursement rates for outpatient psychotherapy, medication management, interventional services, psychiatric diagnostic interview evaluations, and psychotherapy with evaluation and management services for adults, children, and families

Mandates the board develop a proposal for increasing these reimbursement rates by July 1, 2025

Establishes that Medicaid reimbursement rates for outpatient psychiatry and psychology services at licensed behavioral health centers cannot be lower than Medicare Part B fee-for-service rates for the same procedure codes
