Increases the percentage of securities fees deposited into the State Auditor's special operating fund from 20% to 30% of all fees collected under the Uniform Securities Act

The special operating fund supports the securities division and general operations of the State Auditor's office

Maintains the existing provision that excess funds above 20% of gross revenues at fiscal year end must transfer to the General Revenue Fund

The State Auditor serves as the commissioner of securities and administers the fund
