Prohibits county commissions, municipalities, and public health departments from adopting ordinances, rules, license requirements, or regulations that are stricter than state laws governing agricultural operations

Automatically revokes any existing local ordinances, rules, or regulations that contravene or exceed state standards for agricultural operations

Declares legislative intent to promote agritourism as a means of supporting agricultural production and educating the public about the agricultural industry

Adds a new section (§19-36-7) to the Agritourism Responsibility Act establishing state preemption over local regulation of agricultural operations
