Directs the Office to oversee continuing education programs for EMS personnel, ensure training meets accreditation standards, and provide technical assistance for local training development

Requires annual reports to the Legislature beginning December 31, 2026, detailing inspection results, audit findings, funding distribution, education initiatives, and assistance provided to county commissions
