Appropriates $41,159,321 from the General Revenue Fund surplus to the Department of Economic Development – Office of the Secretary for fiscal year 2025

Funds designated for Site-Ready Projects, SEED (presumably economic development initiatives), Vo-Tech programs, and Workforce Investments

Any unexpended balance from this appropriation at the close of fiscal year 2025 automatically reappropriates for expenditure during fiscal year 2026

Supplemental appropriation requested by the Governor based on unappropriated surplus balance identified in the Executive Budget Document submitted February 12, 2025
