Requests the Division of Highways name bridge number 11660 (Rock Creek bridge) on CR 119/93 over the Little Coal River in Boone County as the "U.S. Army SPC Johnny Long Memorial Bridge"

Johnny Long (June 21, 1948 – June 12, 2023) was a Vietnam War veteran who served with the 1st Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment and flew more than 13 combat missions with the Air Cavalry

Specialist Long received multiple military honors including the Air Medal, Bronze Star, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and Combat Infantry Badge

Long worked as a coal miner in Boone County until 1978, then spent 27 years as a carpenter with Vecellio & Grogan building bridges along Corridor G as a United Steel Workers Union Local 14614 member

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the memorial bridge and forward a copy of the resolution to the Commissioner
