Requests the Division of Highways name the Basnettville Bridge (bridge number 11200) carrying County Route 17 over Paw Paw Creek in Marion County as the "U.S. Marine Corps PVT Arlie Haught Memorial Bridge"

Honors Private Arlie Haught, born January 3, 1890, in Fairview, Marion County, who enlisted in the Marine Corps on December 15, 1917, to serve in World War I

Private Haught was killed in action on June 7, 1918, while serving with the 33rd Company, 6th Regiment Marines in France, becoming the first Marion County man to die in combat during World War I

Private Haught received the Victory Medal with ribbon, Aisne Battle Clasp, Defensive Sector Clasp, and two Bronze Stars

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the memorial bridge and requires the Senate Clerk to forward the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
