Requests the Division of Highways name bridge numbers 17A246 and 17A247 (Brown's Creek Bridge Northbound and Southbound) on Interstate 79 over Brown's Creek in Harrison County as the "U.S. Army Warrant Officer Joseph Rose III Memorial Bridge"

Honors Joseph Rose III, born August 24, 1946, in Morgantown, who served as a Huey helicopter pilot in Vietnam and was held as a prisoner of war for over five years (February 8, 1968 to March 5, 1973)

Rose earned his Army Aviator Wings at Fort Rucker, Alabama in 1967 and received a Purple Heart and Bronze Star for heroic acts and combat injuries

After honorable discharge in June 1973, Rose settled in West Milford, owned Thrift Cleaners Dry Cleaning Plant, worked as a flight instructor, and later moved to Bridgeport; he passed away October 1, 2023

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the memorial bridge and requires the Senate Clerk to forward the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
