Extends the deadline for considering concurrent resolutions naming transportation infrastructure (bridges and roads) from the 50th day to the 52nd day of the legislative session

Requires legislators to submit applications for naming transportation infrastructure to Legislative Services and the Division of Highways by December 15th before the regular session

Mandates the Division of Highways to provide infrastructure availability and location information to Legislative Services by January 15th for all timely submitted applications

Requires all concurrent resolutions for naming transportation infrastructure to be introduced by the 25th day of the session

Prohibits introduction of any concurrent resolution naming transportation infrastructure that does not follow these established procedures
